About your neighbor's barking dog

Hi ,

There's not much more aggravating than hearing
your neighbor's barking dog when you're trying to go
to sleep.

Tossing and turning from your neighbor's car alarm
can get you pretty riled up, too, but I've found barking
dogs to be more common.

The good news, though, is that there's a natural way
to get – and stay – relaxed when you're ready to
wind down and get some zzz's.

For hundreds of years, lavender has been known for
its calming properties.

In France, for example, lavender is so well known for
its ability to help put you at ease, that it's put in pillows.

Now, I've never had a lavender pillow, but I do benefit
from the calming effect of lavender whenever I want
to assure a good night's rest.

Just rubbing it on my feet and running it in my bedside
diffuser does wonders at keeping me undisturbed...
no matter what may be going on in the neighborhood.

And, even if it's all quiet nearby, I still like a little
lavender for the restfulness it promotes.

You might find it to be just the thing to settle you down
as well.

For your best health,
