What NOT taking care of your car can teach you about your health

Published: Tue, 08/25/15

Hi ,

A little while back one of our sons had some
serious car trouble.

It turns out he let it get way too low on oil...

So low that the engine was ruined and he
had to get a new car.

Not good.

The sad thing about it is that it was all preventable.

But a lesson was learned.

And the good news is that a car is replaceable.

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for your body.

And that's why it's so important to take good care of
yourself now... to prevent problems with your health
as much as you can.

For many years the focus – when it comes to
health – has been on sick care.

And people have viewed a close relationship to their
doctor as the first resort for experiencing good
health.

But in recent years that's been changing...
as there's been a growing interest in wellness,
in contrast to just dealing with illness.

Now... we definitely have a long way to go in
this area... but the trend is encouraging.

More and more people are living with a focus
on experiencing optimal health... as opposed
to just taking care of sickness and diseases...

And that's an important difference.

As I said earlier, it's far better to prevent issues
as much as you can than to try and fix them after
their broken...

And pursuing wellness helps make prevention
a reality.

Not only that, when your focus is on wellness,
you feel better and are more productive...

… Making your whole life the best it can be!

I hope you're catching up with this trend toward
wellness.

You'll be all the healthier if you do.

And a wellness lifestyle is not hard to implement
either...

It just involves watching what you eat, getting
exercise, avoiding toxins, and supporting the
systems of your body...

All of which can be helped with the use of
therapeutic-grade essential oils.

We'll talk a little bit more about that in my
next email.

For your best health,

P.S. Remember, if it's important to take care of
your car, it's even more important to take care
of YOU.
