Do you know what an Ironman Triathlon is?
I just learned recently...
An Ironman Triathlon is a series of long-distance
races consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike
ride, and a 26.2 mile marathon run.
That's over 140 miles of exercise!
Completed all in one day... Wow!
Those who finish this series of races should be
given much kudos for their
accomplishment...
… But how about someone who does 50 Ironman
Triathlons?
In 50 days?
In 50 different states?
That's what “The Iron Cowboy,” James Lawrence,
finished this past June.
And I had the chance to hear him talk about his feat
a couple of weeks ago at the largest essential oil
convention ever.
During his talk, James revealed how he achieved
the peak
performance he needed to do his 50-50-50
Ironman.
A big part of it, he said, is mental.
You need to know your “why.”
For James, his “why” was to raise awareness about
childhood obesity... and also show people they are
capable of doing far more than they think they can.
James also mentioned that accomplishing something
big requires staying in the present... not looking back
or looking ahead... but
living in the now.
That makes sense.
And, James also stressed the obvious... the importance
of being physically healthy.
As James put it, this is something you want to focus
on from the inside out.
To help him get healthy in this way, James used a whole
list of essential oils... and essential oil-related products.
