Over the last week I sent out emails about the three
oils I think anyone ought to take with them when
they leave home.
The oils I talked about were peppermint, lavender,
and the blend called Thieves.
In passing, I mentioned that I actually take more than
three oils with me.
In response to that
comment, a couple people asked me
to list the oils I take when I leave home.
The exact oils I take with me may vary a little bit,
depending on any particular needs at the time.
But, typically, this is the collection I take along...
and I carry it in a case with space for 14 bottles that
hold five milliliters each.
Mentioned
next to each oil, is the main reason – or
reasons – why I don't leave home without it...
Thieves – immune system support
Ocotea – balancing blood sugar
Ginger – motion sickness
Lavender – relaxation, spastic colon
R.C. – respiratory or nasal congestion
Aroma Ease – nausea
Grounding – stability
Wintergreen – migraines, muscle spasms
Peace & Calming – for peace and calming!
Lemon – adding to drinking water, coping with foul smells
Purification – bug bites
Di-Gize – stomach aches or upsets
Peppermint – headaches and keeping alert
Frankincense – dizziness and general ill
feelings
As you look over this list, keep in mind there are oils
on it that help me deal with some specific issues that
I have...
You may not have those issue... you may have your
own, different issues to address.
The important thing is to take with you the oils
you think you are most likely to need.
If you
don't have any of these oils, the best way to get
a bulk of them is through a Premium Starter Kit...
