Peppermint improves exercise performance

Published: Tue, 04/28/15

Hi ,

Do you exercise... or know someone who does?

If so, you'll be interested in this...

A study has found that peppermint essential oil can have
a very positive effect on exercise performance.

According to the report, oral supplementation of
peppermint oil improves respiratory function variables,
systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory gas
exchange parameters...

Or, to put it in plain English... when you use peppermint oil,
it may give you greater strength and endurance when you
exercise.

That's good news for all who work out... and certainly
worth giving a try, in my book.

You can get more details on the study here...

For your best health,

P.S. Only use a quality therapeutic-grade essential oil if you
decide to use peppermint oil with exercise... and be sure and
keep peppermint away from your eyes.
