Do you know what your weak spot is?
By weak spot, I mean that part of you that tends
to suffer when you're tired...under pressure...
upset... and so on.
It's that part of you that gives way when the stress
is on.
For me, my weak spot is my
stomach.
If I'm stressed out or have too much to do, my
stomach lets me know...
It gets all topsy-turvy and makes even the most
common activities – like riding in a car – an unpleasant
experience.
And it's not just unpleasant... it makes it just plain hard
to function!
The good news is my essential oils help me manage
my
weak spot so I can feel better and get on with my
life...
And I have little doubt they can do the same for you,
regarding your own weak spot.
Here are some common oils that people have used
to cope with some of the most typical weak spots...
- stomach upset: peppermint, Di-Gize blend, ginger
- headache: peppermint, wintergreen, Aroma Life
blend
- muscle tension: wintergreen, lavender, Idaho balsam fir
- jitters/tremors: lavender, Peace & Calming blend
- lightheadedness: peppermint, spearmint, frankincense
- forgetfulness: rosemary, peppermint, lemon
- feeling blue: lavender, Roman Chamomile, Joy blend
- teeth grinding:
lavender, valerian, Peace and Calming blend
As you can see, essential oils are capable of addressing a
wide range of weak areas that we face when we're
under stress.
The first step to benefiting from them is to identify
your own weakness...
The second is to apply one of the oils that may give
you support when you're feeling
vulnerable.
It's important to remember that essential oils do much
more than just smell good...
... And they do smell good!
But they're also able to support different systems of
our bodies... so we can remain strong... and function
as needed in the face of stress.
This is true even when it comes to those weak spots
that seem to nag us so
regularly.
For your best health,
