Can I keep my oils in a hot car?

Published: Mon, 05/18/15

Hi ,

Just a quick follow up to my email about taking
your oils with you...

Someone asked me, “Can I leave my essential oils
in the car when it's hot?

That's a great question!

It's best not to leave your oils in the sun or in a
vehicle that is going to get hot while you're gone.

At high temperatures some of the components of your
oils may separate and vaporize within the bottle....

HOWEVER... if your oils do get hot, don't worry...
you haven't ruined them...

All you have to do is get your oils back to room
temperature BEFORE you take the top off...

When cooled, any vaporized oils will condense,
becoming liquid again...

Your oils will be back to normal, and no therapeutic
value will be lost.

There... now you know about leaving oils in your
car!

Next time I'll be sending some more info on the
oils you absolutely want to take with you when
you leave home.

For your best health,

P.P.S. Someone else who wrote shared how she takes
her oils to work with her and has used them to help
coworkers... now that is a great idea!
