Are you using your abilities as God intended?

It's noteworthy...

After the fall human beings kept their capacity for industry and dominion that God originally gave them.

We know this because the Bible tells us...

... Jabal was the father of those who have livestock...

... Jubal was the father of those who play music...

... and Tubal-cain was the founder of metal working (Gen. 4:20-22).

So... even fallen men have the ability to build and develop a society of sorts.

But, apart from God, they -- like the men of Shinar (Gen.11:4) -- do it to make a name for themselves.

Yet in Christ, we're called to something different.

We're called to use our abilities to build up His kingdom and glorify His name.
