Not all courage is the same.
Physical courage takes action in the face of bodily harm...
... like a soldier in battle or a fire fighter rushing into a burning building.
Moral courage, on the other hand, speaks or stands for what is right when it's risky...
... like someone who is willing to call out corruption or wrongdoing when no one else will.
Today, moral courage is in shorter supply than physical courage.
But moral courage is what we especially need right now.
"Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow" (Isa.1:17).
