Please understand this critical point...
Jesus's order to make disciples of all nations (Mt.28:19) entails much more than telling people that faith in Him is the way to forgiveness and the path to heaven.
It involves creating a worldwide movement of those who trust Him as their Lord, while obeying His commandments in all of life.
And...
It's only in fulfilling this call to learn and apply His ways that Christ's followers can be salt and light in a dark and decaying culture like ours.
The need to make disciples in our day is great. Aside from repentance, it's probably the greatest need we have.
