'Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness' (Ps.37:3).
If you're like me, you probably live a lot of your life in your head.
This isn't good -- because it's here we tend to overthink, speculate, worry, nurse regrets, etc... and end up wasting a lot of time and energy we could be using to do good and build God's kingdom.
Fortunately, there's a simple two-step remedy to overcome this.
Here it is:
1) Ask God to show you what you can do to serve someone in a concrete, tangible way.
2) Step out in faith and do it.
Then repeat.
Often.
I promise... this will do your soul good.
God didn't make us to live in our heads.
He made us to take hold of the world around us and reshape it for the good of others and His glory.
And to partake all you need to do is ask and execute.
