There's probably no one who has been as busy or accomplished so much as Jesus during His three year ministry.
Yet no matter how busy He was, He made it a priority to pray.
He'd get up early to pray...
He'd pray at the end of a full day after sending people away...
He'd pray before big decisions... like choosing His disciples.
And He prayed when facing trouble... such as the night before He was arrested.
He even prayed while dying on the cross... fulfilling His Father's will until His last breath!
As I think on this, I'm convicted by how easily busyness pushes prayer from my life... leaving me to do life all on my own.
And I assume you're a lot like me.
But making prayer a priority makes so much sense.
Why, without prayer, how can we do our lives with Him? And keep trusting Him on the course He has for us so we can fulfill His plan for our lives?
