I assume by now you've seen the moving story...
A young man forgives and embraces the woman who shot and killed his brother when she mistakenly entered his apartment... thinking he was an intruder in her own apartment.
But you may not have heard the rest of the story...
After the judged sentenced the woman following her murder conviction, she stepped down from the bench and shared the gospel with her while giving her a Bible.
In response, certain secularists cried foul... claiming it was inappropriate for the judge to give the woman a Bible.
But why?
The law that was applied to convict the woman was based on the Bible -- 'Thou shall not murder' (Ex.20:13).
So there's certainly nothing wrong with the judge ministering mercy after fulfilling her duty as a minister of justice.
In fact, what she did serves as an example to all would be faithful to their calling while looking for opportunities to show grace to those in need.
Well done, judge.
