In less than an hour I'm getting together with a group of men to discuss chapter three of my book 'Get Dominion.'
This chapter is probably my favorite because it presents the basis of hope in our fallen world -- God's plan of redemption.
It's so easy to look at our world and despair... and think our future is nothing but gloom and doom.
But God has planned something different for us...
He is in the process of redeeming His creation and restoring it to its original design.
Though the fall of mankind led to toil and death, the coming of Jesus has brought life and renewal.
And all who are united to Him by faith are a part of the new creation He is bringing (2 Cor. 5:17).
This not only means we are new creatures in Christ...
... but active participants in His renewing work as we faithfully use our gifts for Him and His kingdom.
The fact that God has renewed the Dominion Mandate through His Son -- and will accomplish His original plan for His creation -- is a truth that should energize and motivate all who believe -- no matter what we face in the daily grind.
"Behold, I am making all things new (Rev.21:5).
