Sometime during your school days you probably learned something about syllogisms.
A syllogism is a form of reasoning that has two premises leading to a conclusion.
For example:
A. All cars have wheels.
B. I have a car.
C. My car has wheels.
One of the most important syllogisms you can ever remember goes like this:
A. Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth.
B. Jesus commands His followers to disciple the nations of the world.
C. I'm a follower of Jesus so I'm called to disciple the world around me.
This syllogism is especially important if you're shy or timid or hesitant to believe His Word applies to your situation.
It does.
"The earth is the Lord's and all that is in it" (Ps.24:1).
So don't be afraid to speak up.
