Whose prayers might you help answer today?

Have you heard this story about the air traffic controller?

An air traffic controller had spent a lot of years directing traffic in the skies and was feeling burned out.

He wasn't finding much fulfillment in his work anymore and wondered if maybe God could use him in a more significant way somewhere else.

Unsure about what to do, he talked things over with a friend.

During their conversation they discovered the air traffic controller had guided over 10 million people to a safe landing so far in his career.

With that realization the friend declared, "Wow... think of all those people's prayers you answered!"

That humorous remark helped the air traffic controller get a fresh perspective on his job... and allowed him to see how God was already using him in a significant way every day.

It's easy for any of us to think what we do doesn't amount to much.

But God uses our everyday efforts to accomplish His purpose... and answer the prayers of others.

"Let us not lose heart in doing good" (Gal.6:9).
