Living as sheep among wolves

In the gospels Jesus says His sheep hear His voice, and they know Him and follow Him (Jn.19:27).

The kind of hearing the Bible speaks of is not just a one time event or decision.

It's to be our lifetime experience.

Sometimes, hearing the shepherd's voice is difficult...

... like when we're feeling intimidated by the wolves of this world.

But if we stay in His Word and seek Him, we'll hear His voice.

And He'll equip us to be as shrewd serpents and as innocent as doves as we follow Him on the course He lays before us (Mt.10:16).
