I've found I can approach any given day in one of two ways.
Either I can spend my time and energy worrying about things that are out of my control, or I can take action in those areas where the Lord keeps nudging me.
I've also discovered that when I choose to act rather than worry, the fear that seeks to paralyze me goes away.
I think if the Apostle Paul read this he would say... "Why, of course!"
As Paul ran his race, the threats he faced and the responsibilities he carried gave him plenty to worry about.
But instead of dwelling on this worries, he kept plowing ahead with an attitude of prayer thanksgiving...
... and as he did, his anxieties became a nonissue.
