Keeping election results in perspective

Today is Election Day.

Are you anxious?

Just remember...

Whatever the results may be, they won't take God by surprise... because He is the one who ordains them.

He is the one who removes rulers and sets them up (Dan.2:21).

So we can be assured the outcome of every race and ballot initiative at every level will turn out just as He wants them to... to further His purpose.

And since this is all part of the outworking of His story, there's no need to fret.

We can leave the results of the election in His hands, so we can focus on what He's entrusted to our hands.
