Awhile back there was a TV commercial that featured a laborer picking tomatoes in a large, sun-drenched field.
The work looked pretty monotonous, but the man doing it was clearly happy and content.
Why did he appear so pleased with what he was doing?

... he was harvesting the main ingredient for a great-tasting and popular salsa...
... so even though his work looked like drudgery, the laborer was able to see himself contributing to something significant and worthwhile.
