The Reflection
Many people desire influence but avoid responsibility. Yet God's order requires it: responsibility comes before authority. When we faithfully steward what God has placed in our hands, He entrusts us with more. Influence is not something we chase; it is something that grows from faithfulness. A
man who accepts responsibility becomes a man others can trust.
