Dear Friend of Made for Dominion,
One of the biggest struggles men face is a lack of clear direction.
This goes with living in a fallen world—where the world, the flesh, and the devil work to confuse and pull us off course.
If this isn't bad enough, the struggle is often intensified in seasons of transition: losing a job, moral failure, or simply the weariness that comes from carrying responsibility over time.
But clarity of purpose is available.
And it begins with a man getting clear on who he is.
If a man
doesn’t know who he is, he won’t know what to do—or how to move forward in his life.
That’s why one of the first things we do with men in Made for Dominion is help them get grounded in their God-given identity.
Because once this is settled, a man is positioned to live the calling God has for him with clarity and strength.
This is
so important that I wrote a book on it, and we also have an entire module devoted to it in Made for Dominion.
Scripture is full of identity-shaping truth, beginning in Genesis 1:27, where we’re told we are made in God’s image.
From there, the Bible builds a rich framework of who we are in relation to God, others, and the world.
I
recently completed an updated Identity Scripture Guide, which we’ll be using in upcoming groups. But I’d also like to make it available to you.
If you’d like a copy, just reply and I’ll send it over.
Because everything starts with knowing who you are in Him.
Yours for Christ's Kingdom,
David
