Why So Many Men Get Pulled Off Track
Most men have good intentions. But many are easily led off track.
With the world, the flesh, and the devil against us, it’s not surprising.
But it is aggravating. And it’s costly.
Straying from the purpose God has for you means you will come up short of the effect He intends to bring through your life.
Yet...
In Jesus, we can overcome this.
Not only through what He accomplished in His death and resurrection, but through the way He lived.
Notice how
Jesus lived with remarkable clarity.
He was self-aware of who He was:
“I and the Father are one” (John 10:30).
“Before Abraham
was, I am” (John 8:58).
And He knew why He came:
“The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10).
“I have come
to do the will of Him who sent me” (John 6:38).
Because He was grounded in this way He wasn’t pulled off course by pressure, opinion, or opportunity.
He moved with
precision.
This is what many men are missing—clarity about their identity and purpose.
And they suffer as a result.
When identity is unclear, you become easily influenced.
When purpose is undefined, you become easily distracted.
But when these are settled, your life gains focus.
You begin to filter what to pursue—and what to refuse.
So if you tend to get pulled off track by the distractions of life, take heart.
Jesus didn't just come to save you. He came so you would live an intentional life... with Him.
Clear in your identity.
Grounded in your purpose.
And living as a son, advancing His kingdom.
Use this season to get clear on who you are and what He is calling you to do.
Set your heart on these things.
