Jesus’ Strategy to Renew the World
Holy Week draws our attention to the cross, burial, and resurrection.
And rightly so.
But before the cross, let's remember Jesus launched a strategy to renew the world.
It was focused on transforming men.
Just a few ordinary men.
He didn't focus on the elite, impressive, or influential, but on a
small group who were faithful, available, and teachable.
Because His method was not to change the world through its usual power channels, but to transform regular men who could carry on the dominion of His kingdom.
So He invested in fishermen and tax collectors...
Walking with them, teaching them, correcting them, and modeling life before them.
His approach was simple but powerful: truth lived out together over time.
Through this intentional process, these men were shaped to embody the values of God's kingdom.
And through them, the faith spread, disciples multiplied, and the world changed.
The same strategy is at work today.
In an information-rich
world, we can assume change comes by getting the message out.
That’s a start.
But real impact requires the slow, deliberate work of forming lives in Christ—through
ordinary people.
So consider your place in His plan.
Don’t underestimate what God can do through your ordinary life when you follow His Son.
You’re part of a multi-generational plan to transform the world!
So be intentional about growing in grace and truth.
And discover your own role in forming others for life in the kingdom.
That’s what Made for Dominion is about.
And it’s a
world-changing work we’re all called to take part in.
