Made for more than survival
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in my own life–and from working with men–is this:
Men need a mission.
Without it, they drift.
Drifting
leads to boredom.
And boredom breeds distraction, addiction, and despair.
But God created men with purpose.
From the beginning, He gave mankind a mandate:
“Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth and subdue it” (Gen. 1:28).
Even in our sin-afflicted world this mandate remains.
And in Christ, it is redeemed.
To carry out the
good works He has prepared for us (Eph. 2:10).
Taking hold of your God-given mission is critical.
Without it, you will lack vision.
And where there is no vision, men perish (Pr. 29:18).
But men who embrace their mission live differently.
They wake up with clarity… endure hardship with grit… and run their race with joy.
You were not made to just survive or pass the time.
You were made to take dominion, to build, to lead, to impact others for God’s kingdom.
Don’t waste your life drifting.
Seek God. Discover your mission. Walk in it with faith and courage.
Get Dominion,
