Stop waiting for permission
Many men hesitate to bring their gifts into the world around them.
So they become quiet bystanders.
The result?
... The people around them miss out on the contributions they were meant to
make.
... And inside they feel the ache of unrealized potential.
Why does this happen?
- Fear of man.
- A guilty conscience.
- But often the biggest reason: men don’t
feel like they have the authority to speak up and act.
So they stand around waiting for someone else’s approval.
But here’s the truth—God has already given you the
authority to do good.
Jesus said:
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me” (Mt. 28:18).
And with that authority, Christ commissioned you to live as His disciple and make disciples around you.
That only happens when you bring your God-given gifts to bear right where He has you.
God gave you life to impact your world.
You don't need permission to do good.
He has given you the power to act on His behalf and for His kingdom.
So don’t hide your light--let it shine before men.
You
already have the go-ahead.
