Permission Granted
Many men today struggle to lead at home.
This isn’t just because of cultural influences like feminism or egalitarianism—it’s also because of our own weakness as men.
The result?
Too often, we either react to what’s happening in our homes or shut down altogether.
But things can change—when a man recognizes that God has already made him the head of his household.
As Scripture says:
“For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church” (Ephesians 5:23).
From this, you don’t need to become the leader of your home...
You already are.
Your headship is a given—it’s God’s
design.
The only question is: What kind of leader will you be?
Will you be absent? Domineering? Or will you be faithful and effective?
Leading at home begins here.
When a man embraces his God-given assignment, it brings clarity.
And with clarity, he can stop striving to become the head...
... and instead focus on being faithful in the role God has already entrusted to him.
Too many men seem to wait for permission to step up at home.
But you don’t need permission. You need conviction.
God has
already placed you where you need to be.
Now it’s about being faithful to Him in that place.
