Believers have a significant advantage.

The live knowing all they do fits within God's plan for eternity.

This assurance comes from the first chapter of Ephesians where it says...

... God has chosen us

... Given us grace

... And appointed us heirs

... As part of His plan for the ages

Believing these things are so gives faith, grows resolve and grants perseverance.

As they provide a sense of destiny.

Even if you don't know for sure where you're going.

Like Abraham.

Who followed God wherever He led Him.

Seeking an eternal city.

Your efforts are part of a long-term mission that extends into eternity.

May this truth give you a God-given confidence in what he has put before you today.

And tomorrow too.
