Getting dominion as God has directed starts with ruling your thought life well.

And you can better control your thought life by committing yourself to these biblical practices.

- Hiding God's Word in your heart (Ps. 119:11)

- Meditation on Scripture (Ps. 1:2)

- Prayer (Phil. 4:6-7)

- Renewing the mind (Rom. 12:2)

- Taking thoughts captive (2 Cor. 10:5)

- Guarding the heart (Pr. 4:23)

- Confession and accountability (Jas. 5:16)

- Being filled with the Spirit (Eph. 5:18-19)

By making these practices a habit, you'll find it easier to control your thoughts.

And this will equip you to better manage and cultivate every part of your life.
