A dominion-oriented approach to anxiety
Most of what happens in life is out of your
control.
And this can create all kinds of worry.
But scripture tells us to be anxious for nothing (Phil. 4:6)…
And give attention to the things we can manage.
Which include:
The thoughts you think (Phil. 4:8).
The images you visualize (Gen. 6:5).
And the actions you take (Jas. 1:22).
So work on these…
And leave every outcome to God’s good providence.
This is a dominion-oriented approach to anxiety.
This is also how God moves you forward... in step with His purpose for your life.
It calls for faith in Him as the sovereign Lord.
And it begins by taking every thought captive to the obedience of
Christ (2 Cor. 10:5).
