Is God moving too slowly for you?

Do you ever feel like God isn’t working fast enough?

Well here’s something to keep in mind…

God works out His plan of redemption slowly.

Consider for example…

The birth of Christ did not occur until 4000 years after the promise of a Savior.

There’s also 400 years between the time of the Old Testament and the revelation He brought us in the New.

And God had Moses spend 40 years in Egypt plus another 40 in the desert to prepare him for the main work of his life.

When things are moving slowly it’s easy to lose perspective.

And assume God isn’t doing anything.

But He’s always at work behind the scenes.

So continue to serve Him with obedient trust.

And be assured your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Cor.15:58).

God is not slow as some understand slowness… instead He is patient (2 Pet. 3:9).
