The Bible
consistently reveals that God sees EVERYTHING.
... The eyes of the Lord are in every place, watching the evil and the good (Pr. 15:3).
... And no creature is hidden from his sight (Heb. 4.13).
... For he looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens (Job 28:24).
The fact God sees
everything ought to have two profound effects on us...
One, it ought to instill godly fear.
But also... it should bring us constant hope.
There is nothing done in secret.
God sees it all.
So he knows all our personal flaws and failings.
In detail.
There's no place to hide.
But...
He also knows our need for His
grace.
Intimately.
And He knows the troubles we face.
He is aware of every threat that makes us afraid.
And through His mercy and might He works all things for the good of those who love Him.
May our omniscient God draw you near--in repentance and faith.
And may His all-knowing nature keep you close, and focused on the good He's created you to do.
