Life can be extremely complicated.

For all of us.

Remember that you are a servant.

This will help you...

Because as a servant your responsibility is to simply do what God calls you to do--and leave the rest to Him.

As a servant...

You are not responsible for things you cannot know...

Nor are you responsible for things outside of your control...

And neither are you responsible for the choices others make.

You just need to focus on one thing:

Doing what faithfulness requires in the place the Master has you.

And then trust Him--in His all-wise providence--to bring about His own desired outcomes... in His own time and way.

Remembering you are only called to faithfully fulfill what God puts before you does wonders to simplify life.

This doesn't mean life will be easy...

Because God may call you to do some very hard things...

And this requires faith.

Yet, in God's time, servants can expect to be rewarded (Mt. 25:14ff.).

But their consistent attitude is always...

"We have only done our duty" (Lk. 17:10).

Simplify your life.
