The apathy, cynicism and fear of our time sure can be depressing.

But what if we challenged the mood of our age and used it as an opportunity for our lights to shine brighter?

So what if...

... instead of detaching and dozing off from apathy we engaged everything around us with interest and passion?

... or rather than allowing a cynical spirit to overcome us we embraced what's happening with hope and believing expectation?

... and, we replaced succumbing to fear with laying hold of God for confidence and courage?

The darkness of our world makes it easy to assume God has stopped working.

But God hasn't gone anywhere, or changed.

And maybe He's just waiting for us to rise up and bring the world what it needs at this moment.

“Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Mt.5:16).
