Specially crafted items are a big hit these days.
Craft furniture, craft jewelry, craft knives -- even craft beer -- are all the rage.
But here is something even greater...
God has specifically crafted YOU to play a part in advancing His kingdom today, in this generation.
The Bible famously tells us in Ephesians 2:8-9 that we are saved by grace through faith...
This is well-known good news.
But the passage goes on in verse 10 to tell us something not as famous but highly significant when it says...
"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them."
With these words the Apostle Paul makes it plain:
God saves us for a purpose... and He has thoughtfully crafted each one for certain good works.
This is clearly a part of how we partake in the building of His kingdom.
And as His workmanship much of life is discovering what He has made us to do... and then doing it.
God has crafted you for something big.
