Since the ministry behind these emails focuses on men, it's easy to overlook an important point:
The Dominion Mandate includes both men AND women (Gen.1:27,28).
By God's design, men and women each have been created differently for the task...
Men are made to function as visionaries and initiators... while women are designed to serve as helpers and completers...
But both are critical for accomplishing God's intent of ruling and cultivating the earth for His glory.
You can see this illustrated at home whenever a man starts a project and his wife stays on him to finish it!
Recognizing this partnership between men and women can be a big help when it comes to marriage.
Too often husbands and wives each end up doing their own thing... and feeling unfulfilled they drift apart.
But in God's order, a couple is to share a common mission... to rule their part of the world together.
And as a husband and wife pursue life this way, it can be one of the best ways for them to grow close and stay together...
... which makes total sense because marriage is a joint venture -- and adventure -- created by God.
