“Be angry, yet do not sin” (Eph.4:26).
It's been quite a year.
And still, just catching up on the day's news is bewildering, and enough to make you angry.
What are we to make of that?
Well, Jesus got angry.
But we need to notice something here.
Jesus's anger led Him to do constructive things.
For example...
When Jesus was angry over those with hardened hearts, it led him to heal a man with a withered hand (Mk.4:5).
Catch the principle here...
Don't let anger just simmer inside. Or cause you to unleash wrath.
Let it lead you to do something good.
No one can master this overnight.
But putting anger to constructive use is definitely worth working on in 2022.
"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Rom.12:21).
