Are you in it for the long haul?

The Bible tells us the promise of God's blessing will flow to a thousand generations.

"Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments" (Deuteronomy 7:9).

A thousand generations is a long time... around 30,000 - 40,000 years.

And this promise reveals that God is in it for the long haul.

Well... if God's in it for the long haul, shouldn't we?

So don't get discouraged if the world doesn't change as quickly as you think it should.

We have a long way to go.
